What makes Super Kid so good?

  • Annual Plan: This is based on the normal physical development of children according to their age. It will also be in line with the Irish School Physical Education Programme. In addition, the four Aistear’s principles (Well-being, Identity and Belonging, Communicating, Exploring and Thinking) will be incorporated. Teachers and parents will have access to the annual programme before the school year starts.

  • Class Planning: Each class will be planned in advance and will primarily be based on the specific needs of the participants and adapted to the annual programme. Never forget that the best mode of learning for children at this age is through ludic activities, learning through fun.

  • Multisport Classes: It is the perfect after-school activity for all those who want to take part in general and fun sporting activities. Super Kid provides children with a space in which to learn about and practice a wide range of sporting games, developing their motor and team skills.

  • Assessment: A minimum of 3 assessments per year: Initial, Midterm, and Final. Assessment at this age is especially important as it helps identify the physical strengths and areas to improve so we can work on them as we go along.

  • Feedback to parents: Parents need to know what their children are learning in PE class. It is particularly important that they can check on their child's physical development and they can feel sure their child has all the physical stimulation that they need to grow up happy, healthy, and strong.

  • Open parent-teacher communication: All parents will have access to my work e-mail. Through this, I will send them reports, assessments, observations, and photos. In turn, they will be able to send Whatsapp messages and enquiries about their children and any concerns they might have.

  • Individual classes are available and will be provided if a child needs extra help.
